Why bank offers matter in White Friday
A bank offer applies at the payment step, after the sale price and any promo code. It is either an instant discount with a cap, like 10% up to EGP 250, or an instalment plan with no interest. The 2026 offers have not been announced yet: banks publish them with each store when the sale starts. Bank offers last November, bank by bank
- National Bank of Egypt (NBE): on Amazon Egypt in 11.11 and White Friday 2025, 10% off up to EGP 250 on Visa Platinum cards and up to EGP 500 on Visa Signature and Infinite cards, as Amazon.eg announced. In noon's Yellow Friday 2022, NBE cardholders could split payments over 18 months with no interest, as El Mogaz reported.
- Banque Misr: on Amazon Egypt in 2025, 10% off up to EGP 150 on all its credit cards, and in 11.11 instalments with no interest for up to 6 months, according to the 11.11 announcement.
- CIB: on Amazon Egypt in 11.11 2025, instalments with no interest for up to 6 months. At B.TECH in November 2025, 12 months with no interest in every branch on Fridays and Saturdays, plus up to 4% off home appliances in branches and 2% off laptops and phones, not on Apple products, according to Banky.
- Emirates NBD Egypt: from 1 to 30 November 2025, on noon and B.TECH with its Mastercard credit cards: 6 months with no interest and no fees, or 12 or 18 months with no interest but with admin fees.
- Bank of Alexandria: on Amazon Egypt in 11.11 2025, 15% off up to EGP 1,000 on all its Mastercard credit cards.
- National Bank of Kuwait (NBK): on Amazon Egypt in White Friday 2025, 12 months with no interest, no fees and no down payment.
- QNB and ADIB: on Amazon Egypt in 11.11 2025, 10% off up to EGP 200 and EGP 250.
- valU: on Amazon Egypt in White Friday 2025, buy now and pay later over up to 6 months with no interest.
- Wallets and cards: on Amazon Egypt in 11.11 2025, 10% off with the Vodafone Cash online card (up to EGP 100), the Fawry yellow card (up to EGP 150), bebasata (up to EGP 200) and MoneyFellows (up to EGP 300).
How to get the most from a bank offer
- Check the cap: 10% up to EGP 150 stops at EGP 150. On an order of EGP 5,000 you save EGP 150, not EGP 500, so a card with a higher cap matters on big orders.
- Read the instalment fees: "no interest" does not always mean no fees. Last year some 12 and 18 month plans had admin fees, while shorter plans had none.
- Know your card type: the same bank can give a different cap for each card, like NBE's Platinum and Signature cards.
- Watch the conditions: some offers work only on certain days, only in branches, or not on some brands, and many don't combine with other offers.
